  • Orders placed on www.tezvi.in are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours.
  • During festivals, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take slightly longer.
  • Once dispatched, customers receive Email / SMS / WhatsApp notifications with tracking details.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery across India: 3–7 working days, depending on the PIN code.
  • Metro cities may receive deliveries faster, while remote or rural locations may take longer.
  • TEZVI COSMETIC PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹299.
  • A nominal delivery fee applies to orders below ₹299.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may carry an additional handling fee.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, even in case of returns or refunds.

5. Order Tracking

  • Each order placed on www.tezvi.in is assigned a unique tracking ID.

6. Undelivered / Returned Orders

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment will be returned to us.
  • In such cases, any applicable refund will exclude shipping charges.
