While we strive to deliver only the best cosmetic products, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. This Refund & Return Policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.
  • Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Returns are valid only for purchases made directly on www.tezvi.in.

2. Non-Returnable Products

  • Products purchased on sale, clearance, or under promotional offers (unless defective).
  • Free samples, trial packs, or complimentary items.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned product, our quality team will inspect it.
  • If approved, a refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
  • Shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.
  • If the return is initiated for personal reasons (not due to a product defect), the return courier cost will be borne by the customer.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tezvi.com with proof (images/video).
  • Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
  • Claims made after the 48-hour window may not be accepted.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • Customers wishing to try another product must follow the return procedure (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Important Legal Notes

  • All refunds and returns are governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy requirements will be rejected.
  • TEZVI COSMETIC PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
